How to List and View All Client Accounts in WHM?
The List Accounts tool in WHM gives you a complete view of all cPanel accounts under your reseller. It shows each account's status, resource usage, assigned package, and provides quick-action buttons.
How to Access List Accounts
- Login to WHM.
- Go to Account Information → List Accounts.
What You Can See in List Accounts

| Domain | Primary domain of the account |
| Username | cPanel login username |
| IP Address | Server IP assigned to the account |
| Package | Hosting plan assigned to the account |
| Disk Used | Current disk space usage |
| Bandwidth Used | Current month's data transfer |
| Suspended | Yes/No – account suspension status |
| Actions | Quick links to cPanel, WHM, Modify, Suspend/Unsuspend |
Searching and Filtering Accounts
- Use the Search box to find accounts by domain name, username, or email.
- Use the Filter options to show only suspended accounts, accounts near disk limit, or accounts on a specific package.
Quick Actions from List Accounts
- cPanel icon: Login to client's cPanel directly
- WHM icon: Open WHM for a sub-reseller account
- Modify link: Edit account resource settings
- Suspend/Unsuspend: Toggle account suspension instantly
- Terminate: Permanently delete the account
Tip: Sort by Disk Used column (click column header) to quickly identify which client accounts are consuming the most disk space on your reseller plan.
