How to View the Account Summary in WHM?
The Account Summary in WHM gives you a quick overview of your entire reseller plan usage — total accounts created, total disk space used, and total bandwidth consumed.
How to Access Account Summary
- Login to WHM.
- Go to Account Information → Account Summary.
What the Account Summary Shows
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Accounts | Number of cPanel accounts created vs. your account limit |
| Disk Space Used | Total disk consumed across all accounts vs. your reseller allocation |
| Bandwidth Used | Total data transferred this month vs. your monthly limit |
| Suspended Accounts | Count of currently suspended accounts |
| Reseller Accounts | Count of sub-reseller accounts you have created |
WHM Home Page Quick Stats
The WHM home page (dashboard) also displays a quick resource summary in the right sidebar showing:
- Server hostname and IP
- Total disk usage bar
- Total bandwidth bar
- Number of accounts
Tip: Check the Account Summary weekly. If your total disk usage exceeds 80% of your allocation, it's time to upgrade your reseller plan or ask high-usage clients to clean up their accounts.
