How to View All Addon Domains Across All Accounts in WHM?

As a reseller, you may need to find which client account is hosting a specific domain, or get a complete list of all addon domains across all accounts. WHM provides tools to view all domains at once.

List All Domains in WHM

1. Login to WHM.
2. Go to Account Information → List Accounts.
3. This shows primary domains for every account. Addon domains are not listed here.

View Addon Domains via DNS Zone List

1. Go to WHM → DNS Functions → List DNS Zones.
2. This lists every domain with a DNS zone — including addon domains and subdomains.
3. Use the search/filter to find a specific domain name.

Search for a Specific Domain in WHM

1. Go to WHM → Account Information → List Accounts.
2. Use the Search box and enter the domain name.
3. If the domain is an addon or parked domain, search for it in the DNS zone list instead.

Find Which Account Owns a Domain

1. Go to WHM → DNS Functions → Edit DNS Zone.
2. Select the domain from the dropdown.
3. The zone owner is indicated in the zone information.

Tip: Each client can see and manage their own addon domains from their cPanel → Domains → Addon Domains. As reseller you can see all DNS zones but individual addon domain management is done from within each client's cPanel.
