How to Login to cPanel
cPanel is a web-based control panel that allows you to manage all aspects of your hosting account — from files and emails to databases and domains. This guide will show you how to login to cPanel on your SKPHost account.
Method 1: Login via Browser URL
The easiest way to access cPanel is directly through your browser:
- Open your web browser.
- Type your domain followed by
:2083in the address bar. For example:
https://yourdomain.com:2083
Or you can also use your server's IP address:
https://your-server-ip:2083
- Enter your cPanel username and password on the login screen.
- Click Log In.
Method 2: Login via SKPHost Client Area
- Log in to your SKPHost Client Area at
skphost.net/clientarea. - Go to My Services and select your hosting account.
- Click the Login to cPanel button. You will be logged in automatically (Single Sign-On).
Forgot Your cPanel Password?
If you have forgotten your cPanel password, you can reset it from your SKPHost Client Area:
- Go to My Services → Hosting Account → Change Password.
- Set a new password and click Save Changes.
- Use the new password to login to cPanel.
Note: Make sure your password contains at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters for better security.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
- Make sure you are using port
2083for HTTPS or2082for HTTP. - Clear your browser cache and cookies and try again.
- Check that Caps Lock is not turned on while entering your password.
- If your IP is blocked, contact SKPHost Support to whitelist your IP.
